Home & gym training programs for all goals!

The 12-week training programs  outline everything you need to fast-track your results. This includes demonstration videos, weights, reps & exercises for each user to follow on a weekly-basis. Our range of programs cater for those who wish to train at home, in the gym & a mixture of both. 

These programs are accessible for both members & non-members of the Cam’s Crazy 8s community. Members of Cam’s Crazy 8s receive 10% OFF all program purchases.

01-Workouts

PORTABLE

Through the ‘Teambuildr’ app, Cam’s 12-week training programs can be completed anywhere. You have the option between gym programs, home programs, or both. 

03-Videos

Each exercise you complete will include a demonstration video, assigned weight, assigned reps, sets & resting period. Explanation videos, notes & support are also included. 

02-Reps

Track your progress

Track your progress on a weekly-basis. This includes your weights, reps, sets, etc. Each month, Cam will also ask for a training summary & offer additional support.
